Action Programme

YouMe Support Foundation has implemented the following strategic action programme

1. Founding Directors: prepared and implemented a comprehensive business plan, employed a Webmaster, CEO and Project Manager
2. Competent Webmaster: developing and maintaining all necessary websites for YouMe Support Foundation
3. CEO: developing the local overall student plan and training up local staff for YouMe Support Foundation
4. Project Manager: researcheing and developing current and new projects for YouMe Support Foundation
5. Volunteer Board of Directors: oversighting the entire operation of YouMe Support Foundation
6. Chartered Accountant: Investing, oversighting and managing the Trust Fund under the direction of the Board of Directors
7. Everyone: Continuing to develop and extend the operations of YouMe Support Foundation
