Key Strategies

The following critical key strategies are conscientiously pursued by YouMe Support Foundation:

1. High-achieving students are interviewed to be part of the YouMe Support Foundation. Students who are able to become an added asset to their community and are committed to gaining higher-education and self-reliance
2. Extending links with existing education providers and Goverment Departments
3. Ensuring we do not double-up on activities where other Donors are operating
4. Extending administration staff as required and strengthening human resources
5. Employing consultants as required to Research and Develop new projects.
6. Maintaining a high level of competent technical staff
7. Training local people where possible to maintain and operate YouMe Support Foundation
